Terms of Service

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TradeFlow, ProjectFlow, Waterproofing Master Guide, Tiling Complete, and the associated websites and applications (together, the “Services”) provided by Wiesner Enterprises NZ (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

  • TradeFlow is offered on a subscription basis at $29 USD per month, billed automatically until cancelled.
  • New subscribers receive a free trial period as stated at signup.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe and Afterpay.

3. Other Apps

Waterproofing Master Guide and Tiling Complete are offered through the Microsoft Store, Google Play, and direct download, and are subject to the terms of the applicable app store in addition to these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting unauthorised access, reverse engineering, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of client records, documents, and other content you create within the Services. You grant us a limited licence to store and process this content solely to provide the Services to you.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and content provided as part of the Services — excluding your own content — are owned by Wiesner Enterprises NZ or its licensors.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wiesner Enterprises NZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
