How it works

• Pick your vehicle — five common presets from a small SWB van to a full LWB high-roof or an enclosed trailer, each with real cargo dimensions and a payload limit.
• Start from a trade preset — Electrician, Plumber, HVAC or General Contractor starter layouts, or start blank.
• Drag in modules — shelving, drawers, bins, a pipe/conduit rack, a workbench, a safety partition, and a roof-mounted ladder rack.
• Watch your payload — a live weight estimate against your vehicle's payload limit, with the bar turning amber then red as you approach and exceed it.

Why use a free van fit-out planner?

Most van racking configurators are built by a single manufacturer to sell you their own shelving, and often only work properly on desktop. This one is free, manufacturer-neutral, and works on any device — pick a vehicle close to yours, rough out where shelving, drawers and bins should go, and get an early read on whether your planned fit-out will actually stay within your payload limit before you spend anything.
